Jim is a Hall of Famer for Summit County Baseball / Author / Life long Indians Fan!

Jim Clark is a life-long Indians fan. "Rally 'Round Cleveland The Story of the 1974 Franchise-Saving Cleveland Indians" is his first book. Clark has been the radio voice of the Canton-Akron Indians, Akron Aeros, and Akron RubberDucks since 1990.

He also broadcast HS basketball and football games for Akron Public Schools and Spectrum Sports and does games for the University of Mount Union and is a substitute teacher for Canton City Schools.

This summer he was inducted into the Greater Akron Baseball Hall of Fame. He served as the Sports Information Director at Walsh University for 33 years and was honored for his publications over 45 times.

He has worked at practically every radio station in Akron and Canton since entering the business in 1979. He has also done extensive television play-by-play work and was once a sports anchor at WAKR TV 23. A native of Akron, Ohio. He is a proud graduate of Akron Garfield HS and the University of Akron. Clark currently lives in Canton, Ohio with his wife, Michele, and sons Brook and Austin.
